ØBattery Charging Control: At any operating point, the controller of solar wind hybrid system can track maximum power points (MPPT) of wind and solar, and then allocate the voltage and current at the optimum ratio to ensure maximum output power. When the battery reaches the full load voltage, the control system automatically cuts off the charging circuit, activates the self-protection function.
ØBattery Discharge Control: According to different battery capacity (working with the power that is already set when it is 24V or above, operating power will be automatically adjusted to 50% of the power saving mode when it is 23-24V , and automatically adjusted to 25% of the power saving mode when it is 22-23V. The battery will activate the automatic protection function when it is 22V or less than and there is no longer for outputting power).
ØRemote Control Communication Module: It collects the front-end data (including voltage, current and power of wind turbine and solar modules; voltage and capacity of battery; load voltage, current and power of LED lighting). Then it sends the information back to the background control through the SIM card. And the background control can determine the work of the entire system and process it base on different data changes.
ØUsing remote control communication module can effectively prevent theft: large numbers of cables of the traditional street lights are easy to be stolen, resulting in blackouts of street lights. In contrast, our product is an independent power supply system, the remote communication module is able to detect fault and provides alarm function. Any failure in the street lighting system can automatically send alarm to the background control center. In any case of module theft, users can quickly locate the position of stolen street lamp, and stop the further loss immediately.

ØLamp Pole:
1. Wall Thickness: As the load increasing, the thickness of all of our lamp pole products is 5mm (ordinary light pole is 3mm, ordinary new energy lamp pole is 4mm);
2. Diameter: Upper end is 140mm (ordinary lamp pole is 80mm), the bottom end is 270-280mm (ordinary lamp pole is 140mm-180mm);
3. Material: Q235 steel, hot dip galvanizing (≥86um), plastic spraying treatment.
4. Height: can be customized according to customer requirements. (In view of the internal limit of international trade containers, the general lamp pole height is less than 11.9m)
ØLamp Pole Foundation:
According to the diameter and height of the lamp pole, the size of the wind turbine, the size of the solar module and its installation angle, and the local ground endurance, we will design the size of the lamp pole foundation. The ground endurance requires 10T per square meter; foundation bolts require 6 * M24, ground foundation is 1 * 1 * 1.5 (depth) C30 standard concrete.
ØBattery Installation:
Buried in the same side of the lamp pole shaft. According to different regions, burial depth is from 1m-2m. In order to have convenient maintenance in the future, it requires to build 70 * 70 * 70 battery well. The battery is housed in a sealed battery case. Battery terminals and cables have taken the appropriate waterproof measures.
