    Recently, the State Council of the People’s Republic of China issued a notice on the ” ‘thirteen five” national strategic emerging industry development plan “. It points out that the strategic emerging industries are on behalf of a new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial direction of change. They are the key areas to nurture the development of new kinetic energy and access to future competitive advantage.     First, our product has energy conservation, energy consumption and emission reduction, which have contributed to vigorously promote the “green energy, green lighting” and also established a landmark visual scene.

    Second, in line with the development of the city of “blue sky, clear water, green, clean” four environmental infrastructure constructions, it can also reduce the energy consumption of local GDP, which added advantage for the establishment of “ecological civilization”, “circular economy”.     Compared with traditional on-grid high pressure sodium lamp, the traditional street lamp has complex laying engineering, difficult construction, high construction costs and inconvenient maintenance. It also consumes a large amount of electric power resources.

    According to the statistics of China Agricultural Machinery Association, the national street lamp has exceeded 200 million, the annual power consumption is over 400 million kwh, which requires 4.5 power plants to provide. And the annual production of carbon emissions is 400 million tons. The electricity fee is paid from the government expenditure, which brings tremendous pressure on the government in the way of saving money and reducing carbon emissions.

    The use of solar wind hybrid street lights have following convenient advantages:

    1. Simple installation: the installation of traditional street lighting requires the wire ditch excavation, laying the dark tube, tube threading, backfill, long time of installation and adjustment, and it also has high cost for labor and auxiliary materials. In contrast, the installation of solar wind lights can be quite easy. It requires a stable base, and then fixed with screws.

    2. Energy-saving and no consumption: City lights have high electricity fee. It requires constantly maintain and replace on the line and other configurations. And the maintenance costs increased year by year. In contrast, the solar wind hybrid street lighting system requires no electricity fee. It can recover the investment cost for 5-10 years, which provides the long-term benefit.

    3. Environmental protection: solar street lights have no emissions which have eliminated the need for electricity. There is no emission of CO2, SO2, NO and NO2 that is in full compliance with national green environmental requirements.
