Recently, the US enquiry agency Navigant Research released a global small and medium-sized wind turbine research and analysis report. The report shows that although there is no advantageous policy to promote, the decline in photovoltaic costs also brought about fierce competition, but the global small and medium-sized wind turbine market is still growing. The company’s senior analyst pointed out that the huge potential of wind energy resources, as well as the growth of wind power market and the rise of emerging markets are conducive to small and medium wind turbine industry to maintain growth. In recent years, due to the policy’s encouragement and support, the distributed wind power market in Japan, Denmark, Italy and other countries is rising. For this reason, the report predicts that the installed capacity of global small and medium sized wind turbine is expected to grow from 176.4 megawatts this year to 446 MW in 2026, the development potential cannot be underestimated.
